Ontruimingsoefening De Oosterpoort

SPOT heeft veiligheid hoog in het vaandel staan en wil zichzelf blijven verbeteren. Zijn er dingen die beter kunnen? Om hier achter te komen vraagt SPOT studenten een ontruimingsoefening te organiseren in De Oosterpoort.

Op deze manier proberen ze een antwoord te vinden op vragen als: voldoen alle punten aan de nieuwe risico inventarisatie en evaluatie (RI&E)? Hoe staat het met het bedrijfsnoodplan? Hoe kunnen we het veiligheidsbesef in de organisatie groter maken? En hoe kunnen we bij een ontruiming een werkproces creëren waarin zo weinig mogelijk communicatie nodig is?

SPOT places a high priority on safety and is committed to continuous improvement. Are there things that could be done better? To find out, SPOT is asking students to organize an evacuation drill at De Oosterpoort.

This exercise aims to help answer key questions such as: Do all procedures align with the updated Risk Inventory & Evaluation? How solid is the current emergency response plan? How can we increase safety awareness within the organization? And how can we create an evacuation process that requires minimal communication during execution?
