Planning of Metavenues

We identify the following three milestones for the project:

• The think tank (spring 2024)
• The living lab (autumn 2024)
• The testing and evaluation phase (2025)

The three (professionals, artists and audiences) think tank meetings taking place in March 2024 in Groningen, Brussels and online.

The Living Lab sessions, that include the concept development phase and prototype development. This phase will last 6 months and entails workshops with possible prototypes for venues.

Different organisations will take charge of the testing phase, actively engaging in evaluating the developed solutions in different concert venues. Throughout this phase, these organisations will not only conduct comprehensive testing but also play a pivotal role in generating communication materials. Testers will be tasked with providing relevant pictures and offering valuable feedback on the results, contributing to the refinement and validation of the project’s solutions. This collaborative effort ensures that insights from the testing phase are effectively communicated through the established channels, reinforcing the project’s transparency and impact.
