De virale band The Hu komt De Oosterpoort veroveren. De Mongoolse keelzang-folkmetalband, gehuld in traditionele kleding en metal outfits, combineert de schreeuwende gitaren van heavy metal met de traditionele keelzang. De legende van The Hu kreeg buiten Azië voet aan wal en kwam Europa en Amerika veroveren met hun unieke Hunnu Rock. Ze combineren hun voorliefde voor Metallica met hun eigen cultuur. Denk aan instrumenten met paardenhoofden en drakentotems. De band zingt in hun eigen taal, maar The Hu overkomt deze taalbarrière door een veel universelere taal te spreken: de taal van de bokkengroet.
